Thank you for your purchase from Rodeo 307 LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details
You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Custom made for consumer products
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Proof of purchase, Return form

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for most return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return. Exceptions: Rodeo 307 LLC will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item.

Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Exceptions Rodeo 307 LLC does not charge a restocking fee if: Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item

Process Details
To return your purchase from Rodeo 307 LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase, Return form. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Rodeo 307 LLC will process your return. Please allow at least Up to 3-4 weeks weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Rodeo 307 LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
